LakeCountry Construction started as a father-and-son partnership in 1996 between John and Jim Tracy, but our roots go back much further. John launched his residential construction company in 1956, and Jim spent 18 years as a superintendent at a Syracuse commercial construction firm. Combining their experience, they founded LakeCountry Construction & Contour, LLC.
Today, we still operate the way they intended — treating construction as a people business first, where success comes from collaboration between owners, architects, consultants, and our highly-trained crew. We dedicate every resource to providing the highest quality workmanship in the industry to earn your trust and build lasting relationships.
